Sharon Wilson Géno was named Executive Vice President, National Services and Chief Operating Officer, effective Sept. 11, 2017. In her new role, Wilson Géno will lead operations of Volunteers of America National Services, owner and operator of a portfolio of several hundred Volunteers of America housing and healthcare properties nationwide.

Margaret Ratcliff, Executive Vice President of Affiliate Relations, joined Volunteers of America in 1980 as Associate Director of Volunteers of America Greater New Orleans. Following service as President and CEO in North Louisiana, she joined the national staff in 1988 as Regional Vice-President.
